Bay Old Dominion Service Center

Great communication and service! Also affordable and reasonable pricing! Very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend going here. They also have an auto-body shop that’s on colley ave that I plan to go to as well! The owner and staff are also really nice.

Got a state vehicle inspection done here about a month ago, and I have done it for the second year in a row now. These guys are honest and the inspection process is pretty straightforward - I booked an appointment about 2 weeks prior and was in and out during my appointment time within 40-45 minutes. They even have comfortable chairs and some water and coffee in the waiting room. I highly recommend Bay Old Dominion if you are in Norfolk and need to get your state vehicle inspection done!

Awesome service, great turn around time, honest and consistent service. They replaced my evaporator for my air conditioning and when all was said and done I had no more noises in my dash everything was clean and my air conditioning was blowing colder than it did off the showroom floor. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for honest service.

ET and Amber were great. They were able to set up an appointment for me in two days. The appointment system sends reminders via text and email. Both Amber and ET physically showed me how my car was failing inspection, from the turn signals to the tires, which helped me understand why they needed to be fixed. They have a sitting area with water and coffee available while you wait. Make sure to come in and see them for all your car needs. Putting my car in their hands was the best decision I’ve made.

Amazing customer service. I have no clue about car most especially inspection but they made sure that I understand what they’re going to do with my car. Prior to going to this place, I have been to different places and they weren’t able to pick my car or they will charge me more and took the advantage of the situation. I am glad I was able to find this place because they have been helpful and made it so easy for me. I will definitely come back. I promise you won’t get disappointed because they are that good. Thanks again guys. Y’all are amazing. Keep up the good work.
