Overall satisfied with my repair. Went for a claim for a scratch. The scratch was gone, but you can see swirl marks on quarter panel. I'm assuming finishing polish was not completed.

I have a 2002 Saab 9-3 which needed a state inspection. I took it to Bay, and while they had it, they checked on a problem I was experiencing with starting the car. Rather than trying to sell me parts, they suggested that I could, at least for a while, avoid a costly repair which I really appreciated. Joseph, the service manager, gave me good advice!
