Bay Automotive

I took my car in on a routine appointment and found a problem with rocker arm. Joseph took me back and showed where the problem was and I agreed to work. Couple of hours later I was having problems with steering. Called Joseph he had me bring it in. The problem was a alignment was needed. Repairs made with no charge! These guys are the best! Thank you! Sarah

I just left Bay Auto and SO PLEASED with the service and the flawless communication their employees gave! My car is back to perfect! Not hoping to have more body work done anytime soon but without a doubt I would choose them over Caliber Collision. They are just a step above in every way! Thank you BAY! Julie Beck

We've been using Bay Automotive for YEARS and have always felt really good about the service they provide. They are knowledgeable, communicate very well, and do great work! I would recommend their automotive service and repairs to ANYONE who asks! We've had oil changes, state inspections, major engine repairs, fluid leaks corrected, tire issues repaired, body work, you name it. They take great care of our cars and of us!

Bay Automotive is my #1 choice to bring all of our cars. We have been bringing our cars here for maintenance for over five years. Recently I had to bring our 2002 Porsche in for a suspension repair and the technician Brian did an awesome job setting up the suspension and giving the car a PERFECT alignment. We also brought our Kia here for regular service and were always pleased. Customer service is top notch, and the prices are the best in Norfolk. We recommend Bay Automotive to all our friends and every one of them has turned into happy Bay Automotive customers.

Great shop. Wonderfully patient and kind staff. Took my car in for an estimate and it was complete within an hour. Totally worth the short wait. The staff then sat me down and discussed all work to be completed along with accurate estimates and conservative timeline. I look forward to getting this work done soon. And I'll be back to update this post to share how well this shop's staff can fix a car and make it practically brand new.
