So i went for a state inspection (now I was one of those that waited until the last minute to get one)!!!! So it was a little busy BUT once they ask for my keys it was fast...I DIDNT EVEN GET TO FINISH THE EPISODE OF LAW & ORDER SVU lol. THEY HAVE GAIN a new customer...they keep it real and straight forward. My pops recommended me to come here. Glad he did.

This is the 3rd time I have been here. They are magnificent, gracious, affordable, and most importantly to me, they are trustworthy. I have no idea about my car’s problems. But, I am sure that they have never taken advantage of my ignorance. They have a customer for life.

I put 1 star, because you can't put 0. we returned the car 2 weeks ago due to problems with the key. Then we were told that the car was ready the next day. As a result, they were told every day that it would be ready the next day and they would call, but they NEVER called back. Very disorganized. I say that because it took 5.5 hrs to get my car inspected. We arrived at 10:12 am. After 1 hr I told them I'm gonna run to get coffee. Terrible customer service! My vehicle got towed by their towing service and I noticed a dent/huge scratch on the lower right side of the car. I notified the tow truck driver and the 'Ceo' that something needed to be done about it and neither of them wanted to take ownership of the situation and provide us with any type of information so that we can receive payment from them later on.
