Getting tires is always a headache for anyone who has a 2015 - 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage. These little rascals have one of the smallest tires I have seen that is not a Geo Metro, and getting them is quite a pain. Now, I have had worse, (my 2009 Smart Fortwo passion cabriolet takes the cake on odd tires). That being said, I had to find one tire for my mom's car. She got a nail on the front passenger side tire, and I knew would not be an easy job finding a tire for it. First, I called the dealership, and got quoted $240 for just one tire. (Before I hung up I did ask them if it was made of gold). The next place I called was Tire Choice on military highway. The man on the phone told me that th…

So, due to my schedule, it was a Sunday afternoon when I could drop off a flatted tire that I hoped would be an easy fix. Alas, such was not the case. But, the manager had an excellent pair on hand that fit with my budget. The change was made quickly and professionally, including an alignment. Great team, personable help. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Extremely dangerous and negligent place. I went to TireChoice on Monticello Ave for an oil change and tire rotation. The next day, during a 180-mile drive, my car began shaking badly. I went to Mr. Tire (same parent company) and found out that one of my wheels was barely attached—it was wobbling visibly and could have fallen off (see video). The technician was shocked and said I was lucky the wheel didn't come off, which could've resulted in grave injury or even death. I called TireChoice—no manager (Demari Hyman) follow-up. Corporate offered no apology, refund, or accountability. They put my life at risk and didn’t care at all. Avoid this place at all costs.

‘D’ the manager was friendly, Knowledgeable and efficient . Price was fair and car was ready on the promise time. The removal and install of the two(2) tires was sub par. My car’s standard OEM painted wheels were scraped up. Unacceptable.

I visited Tire Choice Auto Service Centers based on a positive review, but my experience was a bit mixed. The facility itself is nice, and if you prefer a more laid-back approach without appointments, it might suit you. However, my visit was prompted by a specific problem that unfortunately wasn't fully resolved. The staff seemed friendly, but the issue persisted, leaving me somewhat disappointed. It's worth considering if you prioritize a casual, appointment-free atmosphere.
