Doesn’t respond to any texts or call even if he is busy doesn’t give the common courtesy to let the customer know and give a good time to call back. He missed diagnosis my car then couldn’t fix the problem leaving me to deal with it. He is very rude and doesn’t know as much as it seems. There are better mechanics

I reached out recently for a friend who was stuck. He was there in less than 15 minutes and got them on the road quickly. Since he had great service then, I contacted him to replace my timing belt and water pump. I'm happy I did. He scheduled me right away, showed up on time, and had my car running without a knock in a few hours. I appreciate how he took the time to show me where the belt was and that it was loose, as well as show me the leak from the waterpump. I'll definitely use his services for any future needs. Came immediately even when hearing my concerns over the phone he gave me enough time to call back if I wanted to continue with their services and kept to their word and came straight to my home. The mechanic was very calm, patient and informative with the issue whether it can be fixed on the spot. Not only did he fix my problem he made sure it was in working order before he accepted payment and made a drive around to make sure nothing came up. I highly recommend this company and they definitely gained a new customer. Thank you for the big help, and not to mention very reasonable on prices for services they offer!!!!
